makakman · 1 year agoGreat post Hawks, Plurk was the new kid in town but now it's Indenti.ca! Another place to get your voice heard even if it is just a quiet little one! :)

hawksdomain · 1 year agoThanx so much, Makakman! I'm glad you liked the post. And, yes, my voice might be a bit quieter than most, but if you look closely, you will see me! ;)

Mark Dykeman · 1 year agoSocial media can be a great training ground to work on social skills and to build confidence. Here's hoping it continues to work for you!

sailor · 1 year agoYou could not have put it better. There is always a danger of getting 'addicted' to this stuff. All of us have to draw the line somewhere. Thanks for the heads-up on the new guys, I will go check them out.

dogboi · 1 year agoI'm an extrovert, so this doesn't affect me so much. I'm the kind of guy that can walk into a crowded room of complete strangers and know their names, and the names of all the children by the time I walk out. So, I don't think blogging is just for the "Introverted soul". I think that instead, the introverted soul finds a comfortable form of expression in blogging.

hawksdomain · 1 year agoOh I didn't mean to imply that blogging was only for introverts. From reading Mark's post, and from my personal thoughts, I think that it is the rare introvert that is able to blog and put themselves out there. :)
